We offer free shipping on U.S. orders over $100.*
We offer free shipping on U.K. & Canadian orders over $150 USD.**
For orders totaling less than $100, shipping costs are based on the order weight, location and desired a method of shipping and will be calculated on the checkout page of our website.
Our website will always recommend the least expensive method of shipping. If you want to expedite delivery, you can select express shipping easily during checkout. Your shipping cost will be calculated and displayed before you enter your payment information.
*U.S. orders over $100 are eligible for free shipping and will be sent via USPS 1st Class mail. Orders over $350 will be shipped via UPS Ground.
**U.K. and Canadian orders over $150 USD are eligible for free shipping and will be sent via DHL. International orders may be subject to customs duties, which are tariffs or taxes charged by the destination country. (See below for additional customs duties information.)
U.S. ORDERS
REGULAR SHIPPING
Most domestic orders placed Monday through Friday before 2 PM CST will be shipped the same day. We offer both USPS First Class and UPS Ground Shipping options. If you choose regular shipping, you should receive your order within 3-6 business days. Texas residents should receive their orders within 1-2 business days. Billing addresses outside of Texas will not be charged sales tax. Free USPS First Class shipping on all U.S. orders over $100. Orders over $350 will qualify for free UPS Ground shipping.
EXPRESS SHIPPING
We offer Next Day and 2-Day Air shipping in the United States by UPS. UPS Next Day and 2-Day Air orders placed before 2:00 PM CST will be shipped the same business day. UPS Next Day or 2-Day service does not deliver on weekends. During national holidays Next Day or 2-Day service will be processed the next Business Day.

Express delivery is not available to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or to APO/FPO or PO boxes at this time.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We offer international shipping by DHL to most addresses, excluding orders from Russia and Mexico which will ship via USPS. International shipping to P.O. boxes is by USPS. We accept most international orders, with the exception of orders to Spain, Sri Lanka, Guam, Turkey, Romania, and all countries in Africa. (However, we do ship to South Africa.)
While delivery times can vary by country, it typically takes between 5-21 days for you to receive an order.

CUSTOMS DUTIES
International orders may be subject to customs duties, which are tariffs or taxes charged by the destination country. In the event that customs duties are due, DHL will contact the customer to collect the duties before making a delivery. Customs duties are not included in the price of our products and are in addition to the cost of international postage. When you place an international order, you are responsible for paying any inbound duties which your local customs authority deems appropriate. The amount of customs duties charged varies depending on what you order and on local regulations. Silk + Honey Skin Care is not responsible for reimbursing customers for customs duties, tariffs or taxes.
CUSTOMS INSPECTIONS
International orders may be subject to customs inspections. Silk + Honey Skin Care is not responsible for delays caused by inspections. When a package arrives in its destination country and is being inspected by customs, tracking information may no longer be updated. Contact your local post office for the most recent updates.
