We hope you love our products as much as we do, but if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase and would like to return and exchange the product, or receive a refund, please email us at hello@silkandhoney.co.uk Any item can be refunded if it is returned within 7 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and the seal must not be broken, no exceptions. 

Unfortunately we do not offer a refund on opened or used products and do not offer exchanges online. Likewise, we do not accept returns or refunds for Silk + Honey body purchases bought in-store.

WRONG, DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you received a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Service team so we can resolve the situation as quickly as possible. Please contact at HELLO@SLIKANDHONEY.CO.UK

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. If your item was shipped for free (on us) the amount for shipping will be deductible from your return amount. 

We recommend all returns be sent insured and with tracking as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged products. Please allow 7 days for your return to be processed.

CAREFULLY PACKAGE YOUR RETURNED PRODUCTS. BE SURE TO INCLUDE:

+ Receipt (original or copy)

+ Preferred email address

+ Reason for your return (we appreciate feedback)

We will notify you once your return has been received and approved. The refund will be processed to the original method of payment.
