  • Each box contains one 380 g Botanical Tea Cake Mix, created to bake one 8 × 4-inch loaf. A printed recipe card and companion ritual card are included with the mix. The cards are part of the Silk + Honey experience — designed to guide the baking while giving you additional ways to enjoy the cake once it leaves the oven.

    115 g (½ cup / 1 stick) unsalted butter
    2 large eggs
    1 large egg yolk
    100 g (scant ½ cup) full-fat sour cream
    60 mL (¼ cup) whole milk
    2½ tbsp vanilla bean paste

  • Enriched bleached wheat flour (bleached soft red wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), sugar, cornstarch, coconut milk powder, whole milk powder, baking powder (cornstarch, sodium bicarbonate, monocalcium phosphate), butterfly pea flower powder, vanilla bean powder, Earl Grey tea (black tea, bergamot flavoring), sea salt.
