Returns Policy

We hope every Silk + Honey order arrives exactly as intended. Eligible merchandise may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided it is unused, unopened where applicable, and returned in its original condition and packaging.

For safety and quality reasons, food and pantry goods, personal-care and beauty products, and gift cards, including e-gift cards, cannot be returned or refunded. If any item arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us and we will make it right.

Approved customer-initiated returns are subject to a 10% return processing fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

To begin a return, contact support@silkandhoney.co with your order number and the item you would like to return. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
