VAT Concession
VAT is not charged on post-mastectomy goods when supplied to customers who have undergone breast surgery, provided the items are for their own personal use. This applies to goods such as: ready-pocketed bras, swimsuits and ready-pocketed dresses, as well as prostheses, nipples and some accessories. On non post-mastectomy goods the price description on each item states that VAT is included.
When shopping on this website, you will find a drop-down selector on the product’s details page which allows you to select ‘Post Surgery Exemption’ from VAT if you have undergone breast surgery (including mastectomy, partial surgery, lumpectomy or reconstruction) for a medical reason. If you are not eligible for the VAT concession you must select the ‘VAT – Add’ option and VAT will be added to the goods at checkout. PayPal
We accept payments through PayPal. You can either pay through your PayPal account if you have one or you can make a card payment through PayPal's secure online payment facility, no PayPal account needed.
Cheque
To pay by cheque send us the payment with our order form which you can download here. Your order will be sent once the cheque has cleared.
Delivery
Our postage and packing charge is £3.50.
There is no charge for orders over £100.00
We aim to despatch all orders by Royal Mail First Class post within 3-4 working days. In the event of goods being out of stock, we will notify you.
